Equine Bowen Technique

Marie has been around ponies and horses since the age of 4. She competed regularly with the Pony Club and local Riding Club. In 1996 she qualified from Oatridge Agricultural College with an HND in Equine Business Management and worked as a groom in Aberdeenshire and Northumberland before deciding that grooming was not the job for her! She currently has one horse that she bred herself; (Kyrat) a part bred Arab who was one of twins, both of which survived. Marie qualified as an Equine Bowen Therapy (EBT) Practitioner in 2007 and now covers central Scotland.  Appointments are available for horses on Wednesdays, Saturdays and some evenings. EBT can help with:

Unlevelness, disunited gait or irregular action
Muscle atrophy or uneven development
Stiffness on one rein
Cold back or sore back
Sluggish lymphatic system or weakened immune system
Uncharacteristic change of behaviour
Deterioration of performance

Freeing the shoulder for elevation of stride

As featured in 'Your Horse', 'Horse' and 'Rider' (British Riding Clubs) magazine, Equine Bowen Therapy is rapidly becoming the riders' choice as an effective therapy for all horses.
